Online – Tickets

Get your online tickets from the web shop

  • Online tickets are valid for 2 years and can be used during normal opening hours
  • In case of high occupancy there might be some waiting time even if you have purchased your online tickets beforehand.
  • Spectator tickets (Bistro coupons) cannot be purchased online

This is how it works

  1. Go to www.sportshop.winterthur.ch
  2. Purchase the desired tickets
  3. You will receive two emails (make sure to check your spam folder)
    1. Order confirmation
    2. Online tickets as a PDF
  4. Scan your ticket at the gate
  5. Grip socks, rentals, a bracelet to re-enter and other information will be provided at the rental station right past the gate
